About the Job
Global Left is an international platform connecting left and centre-left political actors across countries. The initiative promotes democratic cooperation, progressive policy development, and knowledge-sharing among political leaders, researchers, and policy experts.
We are currently recruiting volunteers for our Policy & Research Team.
Responsibilities
Members of this team:
Develop policy proposals aligned with progressive and democratic values
Conduct comparative research on governance, public policy, and political economy
Draft policy briefs, reports, and analytical notes
Support thematic policy discussions and working groups
Contribute to publications and policy debates within the organisation
Requirements
Candidates demonstrate:
Academic background in political science, economics, public policy, international relations, law, or related fields or
Experience with policy development, research institutions, political organisations, or social movements
Additional qualities:
Strong analytical and writing skills
Ability to translate research into policy-relevant insights
Interest in international progressive policy cooperation
