Establishing Global Left

Global political, economic and social challenges increasingly cross national borders, yet progressive movements often remain disconnected from one another. This opening webinar introduces the Global Left initiative and explores why stronger international cooperation between left political movements is needed today.

The discussion will examine the shared challenges facing progressive movements across different regions, what political organisations can learn from one another, and what meaningful international collaboration could look like in practice.

Key discussion areas:

• Why establish Global Left now?

• What challenges are shared across regions?

• What can political organisations learn from one another?
